Speakers Heard on Cruise Ships

I recently asked a group of seasoned cruisers which speakers they had heard and enjoyed on recent cruises. Here are just a few.
Cruise Ship Speakers
Ian Gunn got rave reviews. Ian talks about his life as a prison governor.
Journalist and speaker Jenny Bond can be seen on cruise ships talking about her years in journalism. Her talks are fun and enjoyable.
Well Known Speakers
Malcolm Nelson may not be as well known as some of the other speakers, however his years as a Customs Officer and his delivery is humorous and concise. He comes highly recommended by many people
Graham Gooch OBE DL is a former English cricketer who captained Essex and England. Graham went down a storm on Princess Cruises earlier this year. His talks were very interesting and funny.
Scottish actor James Cosmo (game of thrones) on crown princess in June and entertained his audiences with tales and stories about his life and about the projects he has worked on.
Paul Stickler is a retired policeman. He spoke on Oriana about historical murders. Paul gave a fantastic presentation and is a great speaker.
Ken Vard Oceanic historian, gave a series of talks this year on cruise ship Ventura
Jim Kennedy the retired director of NASA’s Kennedy Space Centre. Totally fascinating talks and a fantastic listen.
Cruise ship Marco Polo had the theme of Great British Sit Com Heroes, and among the speakers were Jeffrey Holland , from Hi Di Hi and the wonderful John Challis and Sue Holderness from Only Fools and Horses.
One person in the audience called Ricky Bastin the ‘Best speaker I’ve heard’ when he gave talks about Concorde and his engineering career with the great aeroplane
