Paul is an inspirational, accomplished, talented key note
business speaker who delivers fast flowing interactive key note

Paul is hugely dynamic and very funny, as he believes humour in the
learning process is very important, he has a rare gift for
communicating with groups of any size and is at home on a one to one
basis or in front of 500+ delegates.
Starting life as an Estate Agent, Paul progressed to become a
Director and senior partner of one of the country’s biggest chain of
Estate Agents employing over 1800 staff with an annual turnover of
40 million pounds. In 2007 he and his fellow Directors sold out to a
large group. Paul remained for a further year contractually,
assisting in their stock market floatation in 2008.
During the 6 years prior to 2008 Paul had regular meetings with
senior representatives of the Bank of England (including the
Governor on 4 occasions) and various members of the Monetary Policy
Committee, at which he reported on economic market conditions and
his company’s innovative strategies.
Paul is known for his exceptional skill in staff motivation and
staff development and has designed many highly successful Fast Track
Graduate Programmes.
Paul is also a Director of Sheffield Eagles Rugby League Club, a
position he was offered after he had spent a season with the first
team delivering his unique and very successful Team/Team
motivational series. 4 years later he continues to work with the
first team and the clubs 4 academy teams in their quest of Super
League in 2012.
Paul has written and delivered over 40 key note presentations and
courses, with his very latest being the innovative “How do I get to
Southampton” a fast flowing interactive key note presentation filled
with motivational strategies, humour and inspirational new ideas
that maps an easy path to success in goal and profit achievement.
Paul is also a popular After Dinner/Lunch Speaker, a brilliant
Auctioneer, a talented MC and a very accomplished and funny
